Great rooms, great food, great pool and especially great managed hotel (I’d like to emphasise this) which reflects on the proactive and friendly staff. And yes the all in also includes a so called joker card (lifts included, suppose you’ve to pay for 11 persons way up and way down but also for hiking) ;-)). Very international, but very customer oriented staff. Pool is great. 25 meter !!! Inox pool and nice jacuzzi’s.

Excellent hotel, great location, great facilities, food good and staff excellent who couldn’t do enough for you. This is an All Inclusive ski resort hotel. The food is very good (4 course dinner) with choices. The standouts are the salad bar, breakfast range, cheese choices and the staff. The location is perfect the spa is way above normal standard and the rooms are generous in size - stayed in a junior suite.

Byl to nejlepší hotel v Alpách, kde jsem zatím byl. Velké pokoje, pohodlné postele a polštáře (výběr ze tří tvrdostí), vynikající jídlo, které nikdy nechybělo, snad největší výběr džusů na snídani (asi 20 duhů). Venkovní i vnitřní bazén s teplou vodou, sauny, výřivka ...

Wonderful helpful staff, great food, super room and facilities. Hotel in easy reach of the ski lifts with a regular bus for those who don't want the short walk. All inclusive makes decisions easy. We will definitely be going back.

Honestly, the best overall experience we have ever had. Wow, the staff are all amazing and we are so impressed with how hard they all work, how constant your smiles and how much (it seems anyway) all the staff genuinely like the guests!

Fantastic week. A unique hotel with the most fabulous food, wonderful team, amazing service, great guests and fabulous spa. The atmosphere is relaxed and just delightful. Location perfect. Hotel facilities are second to none with rooms to match. Will definitely return.
