• Towels placed on the floor will be changed.

There is a multi level car park about 100m from the Hotel. A parking ticket can be obtained from the Reception.

DEPARTURES
On departure day, rooms should be vacated by 12.00 am. If you are leaving later, a waiting area at reception is available. We would greatly appreciate if you could settle you bill on the evening before departure.

DINNER MENU CHOICES
At breakfast, you will find the choices for the dinner menu. Please make your selection to avoid disappointment. If you know you will not be having dinner at the hotel, informing our staff would be greatly appreciated.

DOGS
Dogs are not allowed in the dining areas or the sauna and swimming pool areas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

KEYS –KEY CARD
At check in you will be given a unique hotel keycard. This card is the access key for all areas, (night entry, room, safe, sauna and swimming pool). If you lose the key, please contact Reception. Replacement will incur a charge of 5 euros, which will be added to your account.

For safety and emergency reasons, the lift is NOT operational between 23.00hr and 07.00hr

Open daily from 15.30 til 19.30. We request that you do not wear swimwear in the sauna. Please use towels for cover. We thank you for your understanding.

SKI STORE
The ski store can be found in the basement area. Access is just outside the Main Entrance.

SNOW ACADEMY SKI AND SNOWBOARD RENTAL
Wide range of quality skis and snowboards available for hire or sale. Also first class servicing and accessories. Visit the Rental Shop opposite the Reiterhof hotel in the Snowsports ski school meeting area. Also at the main office in the Dorf Platz (Main Square).

SKI SCHOOL (Snowacademy)
Book at reception or our office in the Dorf Platz (Main Square). Instructions courses for all ages and levels available. Equipment hire also available.

SNOWBOARD SCHOOL (Snowacademy)
Office at the snowsports area opposite the Reiterhof and also in the Dorf Platz ( Main square)
Instruction courses available for all levels. Equipment hire available.

SUN BEDS
These can be found near the swimming pool. Payment should be made at reception. Price from € 10,--

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool can be found in the Basement Leisure area. Opening times are daily from 7am til 8pm.
