	Lunch time Alpinresort Wellness buffet. – from 12.00 – 1.30. Small snacks, energising foods and crisp salads.
	Monday to Friday. Activity and Sports programme with guided walks, Nordic walking, bike tours, etc.
	For Nordic walking, you can hire telescopic poles
