In our Fit and Fun area you will find the latest Cardio and Weight Training equipment. Music and TV will help make your work out time pass quickly. Our weekly programme containes a variety of exercise activities as well as relaxation and meditation classes.

    Basic training in how to use pulse and heart rate monitoring to manage your work out, to optimise desired effects, such as weight loss, stamina, etc.

    Stretching exercises for the whole body, to release all the tightness in your musculature.
    Through these exercises you can fend off old age and improve your whole feeling of well being.
